Well- welcome to West Texas, that's what it's all about is DUST!!! It doesn't do any good to dust b/c and hour later it needs it again. The dust just sifts in no matter what you do. Believe me, I've lived here for 40 some odd years. I need you to email me your address so I can get ready for the Valentine Swap. Thanks! Good luck with the dust, better get used to it! YUCK! Hi.. I linked to you from Lola B's. Your dust post is so funny, and so true. I have to say, we only get about half that dust per day here in south Texas!(now that the road is paved). ;)
You might do what we do... a good leaf blower will clear that off your porch in no time! (just be sure to wear a dust mask if you've got those pesky Texas allergies).
enjoyed your blog... I look forward to stopping back by and checking in on you from time to time... Blissfully, Dixie

Yikes. That much dust from one day? I would go crazy. Dusting is my least favorite thing to do and so I RARELY do it!
Wow, you weren't kidding about the dust problems!! What a bummer! IT must permanently smell like pledge at your house.
